Modify Product Details

<Main Menu> <Product Maintenance> <Modify Product Details>

If you wish to change the details of a product on the system Click the Modify Products button on the Product Maintenance Screen to display Modify Product screen.

Note – All details can be modified except Product Code, Qty Delivered and Stock Level.

For altering stock quantities use the Sock Delivery screen.

Scan or type the barcode from the product (if manually entering the code ensure to press return after). Once the code is entered the systems performs a check of the current stock. An error message will be generated if the stock details are not on the system, you will be prompted to either re enter a different code or to proceed to the Add Stock screen.

Once the product has been found tab through the fields to modify the relevant details. If at any time you wish to cancel any changes and exit the Modify Products screen then simply press the Esc key.

Click on the Save button to save the product details, a system message will be generated to confirm that the details were saved successfully. When finished press the Esc key to return to the Product Maintenance Screen.

Note – It is mandatory to enter data into every field.
